Expert Cooperative Housing Organization (ECHO)

The Boulder Housing Coalition is a partner with Boulder Colorado’s  Cooperative Housing Ordinance. As part of the ordinance, new cooperatives must go through a training and certification process by an Expert Cooperative Housing Organization (of which the BHC is a member).
